What exactly is KJS?
Well, KJS is directly derived from the acronyms of Keith Jump Shot! haha So, most of you should be able to get an idea what KJS is right now. 🙂
How you came about with the idea of KJS?
I should say it was rather a random occasion in 2005, happened in Perth, Australia. Initially, I thought that was cool… some sort like kicking right at camera, something unique and different… the picture became my profile pic for friendster for a while! haha. After that, I started jumping more and I tried out other types of jump shots (caused I love playing with my camera and photos…), it was much later “star jump shot” started to get popular around the world. I told myself I need to be different… till one fine day, I randomly developed the KJS style… and it became a habit! 🙂 haha + I started traveling… so more and more people came about noticing my unique jump shot (jump shot with double ticks for both legs and diagonal straight hands). 🙂
Do you really traveled alone?
I am a solo traveler for most of the trips. Occasionally I travel with my family or buddies, but most of the time I traveled myself and I enjoy doing that! 🙂
So who took these awesome photo for you?
Well, because I traveled alone most of the time and I usually did not bring along my tripod with me, hence, I gotta interact with the people I met on the trip! Anyway, that is my secret for having sooooooo many awesome friends around the world! 🙂
Are they professionals?
Nowadays, you don’t need to be professional in order to take creative or good photos… of course I need prep myself to jump many times (for most of the times) to get that perfect shot! I usually have to pre-set the right setting and do the right framing first before passing my camera to my new friend to help me get KJS! I am still young and fit to get a good jump shot! 🙂
You prefer jumping alone or in group?
Alone, of course! 🙂 Jumping in a group is a pain! Even with my buddies… hahahahaha
Alright, let me now showcase some of my KJS around the world. The list will continue to go on… Do come back frequently and check out my new KJSs… Hope you enjoy… 🙂
Other Cool Jump Shots
Featuring some other style of jump shots around the world… but I still prefer KJS! haha 🙂
